Gala was established in 1954 by Gustavo Amadei, who started by working in the sector of household products (coffee strainer, tea strainers, aluminium lids). Thanks to the founder’s initiative, in 1960 Gala broadened its production to bar furniture, stimulated by the expansion of the industries located along the Emilia-Romagna coastline.

Between the 1970s and the 1980s the industry expands
The process of expansion has involved the sectors of outdoor lighting, winding staircase components. The equipment has been constantly updated to meet the customer’s needs.

In the early 1990s the building extension works and the purchase of new machinery allowed us to start working for the railway sector.
